Available destinations, shipping methods, taxes, final shipping cost and the current delivery estimate must be shown in checkout before the order is submitted. Country coverage and carrier commitments are not yet approved for a public promise and must be verified against the active Gelato configuration.

Personalised photo products are made for the individual order and are generally not suitable for discretionary resale. The separate withdrawal notice explains the proposed legal treatment. This does not limit statutory remedies for defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

The final support address, notification period, evidence requirements, replacement/refund workflow and return address must be confirmed with operations and legal counsel. Customers should never return goods to a printing partner without prior instructions.
