Terms of service
Draft contractual terms for creating and ordering personalised photo products.

Auf Deutsch lesen1. Scope and contracting party
These terms are intended for consumers using the Art of Sundays website, editor and checkout. The verified legal name and service address of the contracting party must be inserted before launch.
2. Account, editor and customer content
Customers are responsible for accurate account and delivery details and for keeping access credentials secure. They retain responsibility for having the rights and permissions required for uploaded photos, text, names and other content, including content depicting third parties. Unlawful or infringing content may be rejected. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to optional technologies or an external AI provider: any optional AI feature must be started through its separately labelled editor control and is further described in the Privacy notice.
3. Product configuration and contract formation
Editor previews can differ from the physical product because of screens, colour profiles, crop, paper and production tolerances. The checkout must show product, format, page count, price, taxes, shipping cost and delivery information before a binding order is submitted. The exact moment of contract formation and confirmation-email wording require final commerce-flow and legal approval.
4. Prices, payment, production and delivery
The final checkout price and currency apply. Available payment and delivery methods depend on destination and product. Personalised products enter production after successful order validation and may not be editable after that point. No delivery guarantee is made in this draft; displayed estimates and delay rules require operational verification.
5. Defects, liability and mandatory rights
Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Any limitation of liability must be drafted and approved for the actual contracting entity and market; this review draft intentionally makes no broader exclusion. Consumers should contact support with the order reference and evidence of a production or delivery issue.
6. Withdrawal and final provisions
The separate withdrawal notice explains the proposed treatment of personalised goods. Governing-law, jurisdiction, severability, language priority and dispute-resolution provisions remain subject to qualified legal review and cannot be inferred from the website locale.
